Backed by a commercial grade kitchen and professional volunteer staff, the Grill is legendary for their Mt Adams Prime. Large cut, cooked perfect to order, with vegetable and potato sides. You won’t be the first to say “best in the gorge”! The fish fry banquets can feature Halibut or Sea Bass fried in a secret beer batter, massive steak fries and a side salad or slaw. Homemade clam chowder maybe an added treat.
